How to set up a webex meeting in outlook

Webex is a popular video conferencing platform that allows users to host and attend virtual meetings, webinars, and events. If you use Microsoft Outlook as your email client, you can easily schedule Webex meetings from within Outlook. Here's how to set up a Webex meeting in Outlook:

1. Open your Outlook calendar and click on the "New Meeting" button in the top left-hand corner.

2. Enter the details for your meeting, including the date, time, and location. You can also add attendees and any additional information you want to include in the meeting invitation.

6. Enter the meeting details, including the meeting topic, date, time, and duration. You can also choose whether to require a password for the meeting, enable video, and mute participants on entry.

7. When you're ready to schedule the meeting, click on the "Schedule Meeting" button. The meeting details will be sent to all attendees, along with instructions on how to join the Webex meeting.
